Crystal Healing
An Introduction.
Crystal healing continues to develop and expand on widespread and old belief systems that the mineral kingdom can aid us and restore balance within are physical and energetic being, especially now that our lives can be so incredibly stressful and challenging.
By using crystals in this form of healing I feel I connect with the power, clarity and purity of the crystals and harness their energy to benefit the individual. However, I do feel that only by trying this healing system will the individual know if it resonates within them.
What happens during a session of Crystal Healing?
There is no need to remove any clothing to benefit from this treatment. The client can lay on a couch or floor if they prefer and I will use either a Rose Quartz pendulum or 2 Clear Quartz Points to ‘feel’ the energy, then I will place additional crystals onto or around the body to help release blockages or stagnant energy in the Chakras and Etheric body while forming an environment of balance and peace. The client can lay there in peace and savour the ‘space’.
